Many of you may wonder if your business idea can actually make money or not. Learn about the idea of “Business Model” to know how money circulates.
Mr. Shigeki Yotsuyanagi, representative director of OCL K.K. will tell how to draw up your own Business Model and help you turn your idea into a feasible business.
In the second part of the seminar, Mr. Takahashi, our investment adviser, will talk about subsidies and grants, which are somewhat complicated even for us Japanese. He will show you available subsidies and what you need to know when you apply for them.
We welcome all foreigners interested in starting businesses in Japan as well as those who support such foreigners.

第二部では、日本人にさえわかりにくい補助金・助成金について、ミプロ対日投資アドバイザーの高橋秀次が解説します。補助金・助成金にはどのようなものがあるか、また申請の際の注意点などを学びます。

★Graduated from Kyoto University with master’s degree in Information Technology. After working for NTT Laboratory, established OCL K.K. and supports entrepreneurs and SMEs utilizing background in IT. Delivers seminars as a lecturer at chambers of commerce, local governments and also at private companies while publishing books on business startup, IT, consulting and others. 2. When and who can take advantage of subsidies and grants? (English) Mr. Shuji Takahashi MIPRO Investment Adviser, Administrative Scrivener ★Opened an administrative scrivener office in December, 2003. Specialized in support for business startups, procedures for approvals and permission and application for residence permits for foreigners. 3.
